| Tomorrow we are going to ride our bikes at school. We are learning and reading about lots of different bikes and what they can do. We wrote a note home asking if we could bring our bikes to school. Fingers crossed I am allowed too. Whoops I forgot to write I need to bring my bike helmet too! |

In a maths workshop some of the children were learning how to count in twos, fives, tens. We went outside and used the numbers on the snakes and ladders grid to help us learn our goal.
The next day Darcy, Jesse and Alba went outside and played Snakes and Ladders using a large dice Jesse had found. When Mrs Johnson went outside to see what they were playing she was amazed how they were independently playing snakes and ladders and how they were all following the rules of the game. Each player was supporting each other to count on and move to the right number which was a bit tricky as the numbers on the dice went up to nine!
